Napoleon Hill formally introduced the concept of a Mastermind principle in his book, Think and Grow Rich.  He was inspired by his conversations with Andrew Carnegie, who attributed his entire wealth and success to his Mastermind group. In the book, he describes the Mastermind as,

​“The coordination of knowledge and effort between two or more people

who work towards a definite purpose in a spirit of harmony…no two

minds ever come together without thereby creating a third, invisible

intangible force, which may be likened to a third mind”

​Peer mentoring cultivates success!

Mastermind groups are also called peer mentoring groups or personal board of directors. Jim Rohn said,

​

“You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.”

Our Cultivated Entrepreneur Mastermind (CEM) is for seasoned small to medium business owners and entrepreneurs with 4+ years of experience who are looking for continued growth. With a Mastermind group, you are not by yourself in business. With this group, you will focus on the particular challenges of running a business, the obstacles you face developing your business, and what opportunities are available to you. Experience the power of collective learning, sharing experiences and resources, and celebrating the successes.

 

Our Advanced Leaders Mastermind (ALM) is for small to medium-sized business owners, company executives, managers and professionals who want to use their leadership to engage their team! Members encourage and support each other while working on their own professional growth, team skill development and leadership skills, which all add value to the organization.

 

Our Pinnacle Executive Mastermind (PEM) is perfect for C-suite and senior executives, and seasoned professionals who are committed to being the best leader possible. Being the boss can be isolating sometimes. This group offers members the ability to discuss business issues, brainstorm solutions, share expertise, and provide one another confidential help to achieve their goals. Having other perspectives that understand your organizational role and the particular issues you face offers value found nowhere else.

Each group is limited to 6 participants to get the most value from discussion, sharing and involvement at each meeting.

 

Programs start 4x a year and run for 6 months:

 

  • January through June

  • April through September

  • July through December

  • October through March

  • Emerging Entrepreneurs Masterminds - Meet 1st week of every month

  • Cultivating Entrepreneurs Masterminds - Meet 2nd week of every month

  • Advanced Leaders Masterminds - Meet 3rd week of every month

  • Pinnacle Leaders Masterminds - Meet 4th week of every month
